We know it is spring when we see our herbs reaching for the sun. It is as if they are taking a big yawn.

We can almost feel their excitement as their foliage begins to break through the last of the chilly weather and their leaves begin to change colour.

Be sure and visit our Culinary Experiences Tab to see our updated 2022 sessions available. New this year a culinary luncheon picnic basket from mid-June until mid-September. More to come on this in May. You’ll be able to enjoy a light luncheon inspired by our herbs on the property at one of our unique tables. Also, be sure and visit our Private Events Tab, as new this year we will be offering a beautiful space for team building, meetings or exchange of vows for small groups up to 12 people. Currently updating this information. For inquiries reach out to us on e-mail.

So this just happened at Inner Oaks herb greenhouse. We have been potting up our perennials, along with our annuals that have arrived. We will be nurturing these delicate herbs with lots of love. Fresh herbs available May the 1st.  We have lots of Munstead lavender! We have garlic chives, onion chives, marjoram, oregano, thyme, lemon verbena, lemon balm, cilantro, dill, fennel, sage, rosemary, basil, spearmint, chocolate mint, and parsley, with more to come. In addition, we will have cucumber and tomato plants. Looking to plant your own herbs and vegetables, we partnered with Hawthorn Farms Organic Seeds and brought in seed packets. For this reason we opened the gift shop on April 1st. send us a message to book an appointment to drop out to our gift shop in Quinan, NS. By e-mail at laurastastes@gmail.com
