This morning brought a magical sight here at Inner Oaks Herb Nursery in rural Nova Scotia - the first snowfall of the season.
As the sun rose, casting a golden glow on the sparkling blanket of snow, we couldn’t resist taking a peaceful stroll around the grounds. The crisp air was invigorating, the scene breathtaking, and the quietness offered a perfect moment for reflection.
Winter is always a time of planning and inspiration for us as we look ahead to what’s coming in 2025. We’re excited to curate new experiences, products, and opportunities for our visitors to immerse themselves in the world of herbs.
For those eager to get an early start on the growing season, we’re happy to share that our organic Hawthorn Farms seeds will be available starting in March. If you’re interested, reach out to us, and we’ll arrange for you to pick them up when the gift shop opens by appointment after March 1st.
Mark your calendars for May 12th, when our season officially begins! We’ll have fresh potted herbs, hands-on herb culinary experiences, and so much more to share.
