I’ve always believed that each soul is yearning to become the very best version of itself, and through my own journey, I’ve discovered that there’s a process - a unique path - that leads us there. Every one of us carries our own set of life lessons that gently awaken us to the deeper consciousness surrounding us. For me, being intentional with my time and energy - and seeing the results - has inspired me not only to stay on this path but also to share it with others through an experience I call Soul Boost Nova Scotia.
Soul Boost is a personal invitation to practice daily mindful exercises - a beginner’s space where I share what I’ve learned about unlocking the potential of our mind, body, and spirit. In a world where heavy, dense energies can sometimes feel overwhelming, I’ve learned it’s important to build a solid inner foundation to stand on. Even in the midst of darkness, I feel that our inner light is stronger; we just need to be awakened to its supported powers. Soul Boost is about spending 50 mindful minutes each morning, focusing on intentional actions that help us become present, release stored subconscious thoughts, beliefs, and emotions, build resilience, and bring clarity to what we want for ourselves moving forward. These practices are about creating routines, habits, and mindsets that support our bodies in health and happiness.
As a leader in Soul Boost, our time together is an opportunity to breathe, reflect, and energize ourselvesbefore the busyness of the day begins. Through small, consistent actions—like setting intentions, practicing mindful breath work, hydrating regularly, moving mindfully, embracing stillness, journaling gratitude, being mindful of our actions and words, and nourishing our body with a healthy breakfast—we will cultivate habits that support a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
Across the globe, light workers are uplifting our planet by helping others step into a higher version of themselves, offering experiences similar to Soul Boost. Now more than ever, it’s an important offering—together, let’s cultivate inner strength so we can remain grounded, balanced, and ready to respond with love instead of fear. Without that strong foundation, it’s all too easy to be swept away by anxiety and uncertainty.
Soul Boost is about connecting to our inner healing energies and grounding ourselves in the present moment.
There are three ways to be part of Soul Boost Nova Scotia:
1. On occasion, you’ll see a 21- or 31-day Soul Boost offered online, which is a group participation. After an initial assessment, you’ll join a group on a private FB page and practice a consistent set of mindful exercises from the comfort of your own home.
2. After an initial assessment, sign up for a private online 21-day Soul Boost.
3. Take part in a personal, hands-on, on-site Soul Boost in rural Nova Scotia—choose 24- or 48-hour placements. After an initial assessment, a personal morning routine is created. Package also includes accommodations and culinary experiences for meals (offered June to October).
This last Soul Boost experience is specifically designed for those of you who have self-sustaining motivation.
