We are currently in the last few days of winter - a necessary rest period for our perennial herbs - but we're always excited when spring is in the air. Spring brings a fresh start to our garden and nursery at Inner Oaks Herb Nursery in rural Nova Scotia.

Late in May - and again in early June - we offer two on-site herb educational experiences called “All About Herbs.” If you’re interested in growing herbs and learning how to incorporate them into delicious, thoughtful dishes, these sessions are perfect for you. We cover everything from cultivating and caring for your herbs to harvesting and drying them. Plus, the experience includes a culinary four-course luncheon, and you’ll even get to take home five of your favorite herbs to plant in your garden. Event Details: Hosted on Saturdays - May 24 and June 7 - 2025 -10 AM – 2 PM - rain or shine. Spots fill up fast, so be sure to reserve yours early.
