Warmed Fennel, Feta and Orange Salad

Warmed Orange Fennel Salad

1 bulb of fennel, washed and sliced thin

splash of olive oil

2 fresh oranges

feta cheese

salt and pepper to taste

lemon wedge

Sauté fresh fennel in olive oil in a heated frying pan, once cooked, and slightly browned toss in a bowl with feta cheese, the warmth of the fennel will melt the cheese slightly, and then toss in the orange segments, a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fennel seeds and fennel fronds
